Creative Pals features a wide variety of classes in coloring techniques, rubber stamping, scrapbooking and paper crafting. Whether a beginner or an advanced crafter, we provide the opportunity to learn and create projects
in a fun and relaxing environment. Our talented instructors will both educate and motivate you!
Small classes provide the one-on-one attention each of our customers appreciate and deserve. Enjoy!
Our classes fill quickly so we suggest that you resister ASAP.

Copic Alcohol Markers
If you haven’t joined the Copic craze yet, here is your chance to learn from a veteran instructor.
Kathy is Copic Certified, has 6 years of experience with markers, and is a demo artist for Copic at their trade shows. Join her as she shares with you the coloring and blending techniques she uses to create
the vibrant samples you see throughout Creative Pals.
This power-packed class covers everything you need to take your coloring skills to designer-level status.
Cost: $25.00 per person

Advanced Copic Alcohol Markers - New Class
This advanced class is designed for the Copic enthusiat who is ready for more artistic level coloring. Instruction includes creating visual dimension through the placement of highlights and shadows, shading using advanced color theory, and creation of "special effects" using blender fluid. Time permitting, class will also include use of markers on alternate surfaces and airbrush demonstration. (Please bring your own markers!)
Cost: $25.00 per person
Saturday, January 9th - 1:30 to 3:30 pm Tuesday, February 9th - 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm
Copic Marker Refill Service
Creative Pals is excited to announce this service for our Copic Marker Customers. Instead of purchasing an entire Copic refill, Kathy will fill any of your markers that are beginning to dry out. Just bring them in and she will fill them while you shop. PLEASE NOTE: Customers must wait while their product is being filled, as we cannot be responsible for markers left at the store. Refills are only available on the colors that we carry.
Cost: $1.49 per marker refill.

Colored Pencil Techniques
You'll be amazed to learn how you can achieve the same vibrant results from pencils that you can from Copic markers! Class includes important information regarding selection of quality pencils and related tools as well as hands-on blending and layering techniques used by professional colored pencil artists.

Advanced Colored Pencil Techniques
This class has been added by special request. Participants will work on advanced level coloring projects designed to reiterate what was learned in the original technique class including multi media use with your Copics.
Pre-requisite: Colored pencil techniques and Copic marker techniques taught by Kathy.
(Please brng your own colored pencils and Copic markers!)

Whipper Snapper Designs Sampler Class
Make 3 adorable cards using all brand new images from their Winter 2010 Collection.

Valentine Day Sampler Class

Just Rite Sampler Class
In this class we're designing cards using the innovative stamp system with interchangeable images and borders from Just Rite. This unique system also allows use f various fonts to customize/personalize your greetings and messages.
Make 3 different all occasion cards.

Schedule You Own Private Class
If you like one of our classes and it doesn’t fit into your schedule; we can repeat it for you. A minimum of four students is required. Just contact the store and we will have Kathy call you with more information and to arrange a time for your group.
Cost: $25.00 per person
**Suggested Class Kit **
Please bring a small pair of detail scissors, Exacto knife, paper trimmer and adhesive of your choice. Also, bring your own Copic Markers for all Card Sampler Classes.
Class Policies
Class size is limited and will be filled on a first come first serve basis.
We have a minimum of 4 students per class. It is at the instructor’s discretion to cancel class if there are less.
Payment is required at the time of enrollment. We will not hold class space.
Payment can be made in the store or over the phone with a credit card.
Class fees are non-refundable unless the class is canceled by Creative Pals.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior will forfeit class fees.
No children under the age of 12 are permitted in classes without instructor consent.
All materials are provided, unless noted in class description.
